MASS HEALTH RENEWAL
Families who need to renew Mass Health should be receiving information in the mail in blue envelopes. For more information please use this link: https://www.mass.gov/masshealth-eligibility-redeterminations
If you have questions, please use any help links on the MassHealth website.
They will be sending communication to families each month with specifics related to their buildings and upcoming events. Please check your emails and the school websites for those communications close to the first of each month.
I will resume my weekly Parent Updates after the first day of school. My updates will generally include district-related information and will also be added to the website for reference.
All Student–Parent/Guardian Handbooks are available on our website under each school. Please review the handbooks for important information.
School, district, and emergency communications are most often sent through the School Messenger program. We are including all families in the School Messenger list at the start of school. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you will need to contact the school and request to opt-out.
Please seriously consider this decision. Communication about emergencies, weather-related closures, or unanticipated early school dismissals would all be communicated in this manner, as will attendance calls if your student is absent if we have not received a call or note from the parent/guardian. Given this important information, we strongly urge you to remain subscribed to School Messenger.
TITLE I PROGRAM
Greenfield’s Title I program offers remedial and early intervention academic support programs provided by highly qualified teachers, specialists, and tutors. Please stop by our Title I information tables at each Title I school on Meet and Greet night. There will be flyers with more details on the Title I program as well as School/Home Compacts to sign. The Title I interventionists will also have some fun giveaways for our students while they last!
