Greenfield Public Schools uses a Maintenance Trouble Ticket system to report all building maintenance requests not related to technology. If you have a building maintenance support request (e.g., problems related to heat, plumbing, etc.) launch your Internet browser and in the address bar, please enter:
A login page for the support portal will display.
At the bottom of the page you’ll see:
Click the button that says: New support ticket.
Fill out the form that displays, entering your name, the problem you are reporting, the type of problem, building location, room number, and a brief description of the issue. If you have a photo of the problem you can attach it to your description.
The Maintenance Department Trouble Ticket is identical to the Technology Trouble Ticket , except for one important difference.
At the bottom of the form there is a Group ID for Maintenance that you must select in order to send your ticket to the right department.
Click the drop down arrow to the right of the Group field
Choose Maintenance from the Group drop down list.
Click Submit to record your trouble ticket.
