The Greenfield Public Schools encourage professional learning opportunities for all of our educators. Please see our calendar of events, visit the Professional Development page under the Staff drop-down menu, or contact your building principal for Professional Development opportunities throughout the district.
Greenfield Public Schools has offered a comprehensive, research-based Mentoring program for all new and second-year teachers. Training often takes place with highly qualified in-district mentors.
In addition to offering numerous in-district seminars supporting staff professional development, Greenfield participates as a member district at the Collaborative for Educational Services. An updated listing of CES’ professional development opportunities that may be of interest to you is available here: http://www.collaborative.org/areas-focus/professional-development
Teachers should speak to their building principals about opportunities for professional learning offered by the Greenfield Public Schools in alignment with school and district goals to enhance student learning.
