Staff Lunch Program


Our revamped staff lunch program is here! Featuring customizable meals, vegan and gluten-free options, and convenient pick up at your school kitchen! 

Important Information / Resources:

Menu Options:

  • Custom Salad, Custom Sandwich, OR Bowl of Soup & Breadstick
  • Pick 2: Cup of Soup & Side Salad,* Cup of Soup & 1/2 Sandwich,* OR Side Salad & 1/2 Sandwich
  • Adult portion of the main lunch (will be whatever is on your building menu unless you specify otherwise in the comments section of the order form)

*Pick 2 notes: salad is a house side salad; 1/2 sandwich option does not include wraps

Ordering: Use our online form or call the GMS Kitchen at 413-772-1360 ext. 2412. All orders must be placed by 9:00 AM! Please bear with us while we work out any glitches in our new online order system. If you encounter a “closed” form before 9 am or experience another type of error, please CALL the GMS kitchen at the number above to place your order. 

Pick-Up: Meals will be delivered to schools by 10:30 AM, and will be available for pick-up in your school kitchen until 1 PM.

ADULT LUNCH PRICE: $5.35 ($5.00 + $0.35 tax)

ADULT BREAKFAST PRICE: $3.21 ($3.00 + $0.21 tax) – We do not have a breakfast order program at this time, but you may purchase a student breakfast.

PAYMENT METHODS: You are welcome to pre-pay using any of the methods below and we will draw down from your balance until it is low (we will notify you). Staff must have a positive account balance or provide payment on the day of their order. We will not accept IOUs or credit requests. Thank you for understanding. 

  • Cash (please give to your school kitchen staff)
  • Check (Made out to “Greenfield Public Schools Food Services”; can be given to your school kitchen staff or mailed to our office). 
  • Credit Card via MySchoolBucks. Service charge applies. It is recommended to load payment to your account in advance with enough funds to cover multiple meals to avoid frequent service charges. If you plan on using this method, please call or email Joan Bitters (413-772-1334, to get set up in our POS system. Thank you!
